1. General use
MemeVoid is a place to discover, make and share community content. Use accurate account information, keep your sign-in details private and use the service in a way that respects other people and the law.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. If you think someone has accessed it without permission, contact us promptly so we can help secure it.
2. Your content and our license
You keep ownership of the text, images, audio and video you create or share. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to publish it, and for making sure it does not violate another person's rights.
To operate MemeVoid, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute and adapt your content as needed to provide, moderate and improve the service. This license ends when your content is removed from our systems, except where a limited record must remain for legal, safety or dispute reasons.
You can remove content you own using the available account and post controls. Removing a post may not remove copies or comments that other people created independently.
3. Safety and responsibility
Follow the Community Guidelines. Do not use MemeVoid to harass, threaten, deceive, exploit, impersonate, infringe rights, distribute malicious material or encourage harm. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access another person's account.
Use report, block and appeal tools when content or conduct needs attention. We may remove content, limit distribution, restrict features or suspend an account when needed to protect people, comply with law or address a material breach.
The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MemeVoid is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use, interruption or content shared by users.
4. Ending or changing access
You may sign out at any time and may request account deletion after completing the verification steps in the app. Deletion removes your owned records, credentials and active session, subject to information we must retain by law or for safety.
We may suspend or end access for unlawful activity, abuse, material rule violations, security risks or repeated attempts to evade enforcement. Provisions about content rights, responsibility, liability and disputes continue where legally required.
5. Questions and disputes
Contact support first so we can understand the issue and try to resolve it. Send the relevant account or post details, but never send a password or payment secret.
These terms may change when the product or law changes. If a material change affects your use, we will make the updated version available through the service. The effective date above identifies the version shown here.
